Send your original proof of purchase or a screenshot of the purchase order to acs@hugeoaks.com to automatically activate the product warranty.

    

We will warranty the product for 3 years free of charge.

Within 60 days of the purchase date, if you are not satisfied with the product, we will replace it with another product or give you a full refund according to your request.

We also offer a free warranty in the event of human damage failure within 36 months from the purchase date of the Hugeoaks product, this warranty includes the product and all accessories and defects in workmanship.

No warranty for unauthorized disassembly or damage without permission and authorization from Hugeoaks.

When the warranty period is exceeded, only labor cost will be charged for product repair.

If it is man-made damage, repair only charge labor cost and accessories cost.
